I hope that you are doing well. I am pleased to announce that due to continuing, unprecedented demand, OUT at the Movies in collaboration with Triad Pride/2008 will, once again, screen the acclaimed documentary, For the BIBLE Tells Me So, on Friday, May 9th, 7:00 PM at the ACE Theatre Complex on the campus of the North Carolina School of the Arts, 1533 S. Main Street in Winston-Salem.
As moving as the film is, the post-film Q & A promises to be even more powerful. Ministers David and Brenda Poteat of Burlington and Mary Lou and Bob Wallner of Little Rock, Arkansas are scheduled to attend, and there is a very good chance that members of another one of the five families profiled in the documentary will join us, as well!
In addition, in celebration of Triad Pride/2008, there will be no admission charge, however, donations will be accepted. Any proceeds will benefit the Adam Foundation and NCSA's School of Filmmaking.
To reserve tickets, reply to this e-mail or call 336.918.0902. There is a limit of 8 reserved tickets per person, and you must include a phone number with your reservation. Reserved tickets will be held until 6:45 PM on May 9th. At that time, they will be released in the event that others without reservations are waiting to get in.
Take care and I hope to see you OUT at the Movies!
